How do you pronounce Gleaux?
Gleaux is pronounced /glow/.
How long will my candle last?
Our 8 ounce candles burn for about 40 hours. As a quick safety tip, be sure to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and not to burn for more than 4 hours at a time. You can find more candle safety tips here.
How do I care for my candle?
Our four essential safety tips are:
- Be sure the wick is trimmed to a ¼” before each burning.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Place candles on a stable surface away from flammable objects before burning.

What size room will my candle fill with fragrance?
Our 8 ounce candles are the ideal choice for medium size spaces like an office, bedroom, kitchen, smaller living room or media room are the best places to enjoy each scent to its maximum potential. Alternatively, you could burn multiple candles to fill a larger space. Either way, be sure to review our candle safety tips before burning.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a coconut wax blend. Coconut wax accepts fragrance oils beautifully and in no way impacts the scent of the candles or gives them a coconut smell.
How much is shipping?
We are happy to offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $75 and a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $75. We ship either USPS or UPS from Kennewick, Washington (99336).
Are your candles available for wholesale?
Gleaux Shop uses Faire for wholesale orders. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to reach out to us via email, our contact form, or by messaging us through Faire.
Do you offer custom candles?
Please send all custom candle inquiries, including candles for special events like weddings or birthdays, to gleaux.shop@gmail.com with "Custom Candle Inquiry" as the subject. In the body of your email, be sure to include details on what kind of customization you are seeking, the event details, including type and date, and the number of candles you wish to order.
Can I buy your candles in person?
We do not have a physical retail location, however you can follow us on social media to follow when and where we pop up!
