How do you pronounce Gleaux?

Gleaux is pronounced /glow/.

How long will my candle last?

Our 8 ounce candles burn for about 55 hours. To get the most of your candle, please check out our product safety and use tips here. 

How do I care for my candle?

Our four essential safety tips are:
  1. Be sure the wick is trimmed to a ¼” before each burning.
  2. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  3. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  4. Place candles on a stable surface away from flammable objects before burning.

What size room will my candle fill with fragrance?

Our candles have strong throw; however, the scent distribution in your space will be dependent on if you have a central air system and the size of the room. Our 8 ounce candles are the ideal choice for medium size spaces like offices, bedrooms, kitchens, moderate size living rooms, or media rooms. 

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a coconut wax blend. Coconut wax accepts fragrance oils beautifully and in no way impacts the scent of the candles or gives them a coconut smell.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $75, a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $75, and $7.99 for small orders under 1 lb. We ship via USPS or UPS from Kennewick, Washington (99336).

 

Are your products available for wholesale?

Yes! We use Faire for wholesale orders. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to reach out to us via email, contact form, or Faire.

Do you offer custom products/designs?

Yes! Please send all custom product inquiries, including candles for special events like weddings or birthdays to lindsey@gleauxshop.com.
Please be sure to include:
  • The event details (type, date, and any relevant deadlines);
  • A brief description of the design you're seeking (bonus points of inspiration pics or a mood board);
  • The product type(s) and number of products you are looking to purchase; and
  • The scent(s) you have in mind.

Can I buy your candles in person?

We do not have a physical storefront; however, we have a handful of stockists and we do pop ups from time to time. Be sure to follow us on social media for more details!
